Amendment of the existing conditional use permit to allow a 50' x 44' interior expansion of the bar/restaurarit into the spaces previously occupied by the dry cleaner and Jul Aruz Hair Fasllions. 2. Amendnient of the existing conditional use permit to allow outdoor seating at the rear of the building, adjacent to the City owned parking lot but within the applicant's property, measuring 837 s.f. in area or approximately 32 additional seats. (the kitchen and vestibule additions have been incorporated into the existing buildiiig, eliminating the need for front and side yard setback variances a.nd the outdoor seating along Shoreline Drive has been eliminated)
