<br /> Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby
<br /> approves the commercial site plan to allow a 20' x 75' addition to an existing detached garage
<br /> structure on the property, subject to the followina conditions:
<br /> 1. The addition is constructed consistent with the plan submitted and annotated on E:chibit A.
<br /> 2. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of the commercial site
<br /> plan approval shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically temunate
<br /> any authority b anted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor.
<br /> 3. The undersigned owner has read, understands and hereby ab ees to the terms of this
<br /> resolution and on behalf of himself, his heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agrees to the
<br /> recording of this resolution in the Chain of Title of the property.
