As we discussed,Hennepin County <br /> practice is denial of County 12oad access wlien alternate access, such as a city street, is available. <br /> Minimizing access an Cauniy Mi,rior Arter.ials such as Shoreline Drive reduces turning vehicle <br /> conflicts thezeby mainiaining motorists' safEty and roadway efficiency.
