Applicant has since decided to re-orieiit the building additioii north- <br /> south rather than east-west. Staff concluded that bringing this back to Plaruiing Conunission <br /> for further review was more a ro riate than sendin it on to Cotincil without PC iil ut. <br /> List of Exhibits: <br /> A—Revised Plan <br /> B—Notice of Planning Conlmission Action 7-1-OS <br /> C—Memo and Exhibits of Jtme 16, 2005 <br /> Revised Plan <br /> The revised plan is attached as Exlubit A. The 50' � 100' garage addition is now oriented north- <br /> south, extending westward from the west end of the existing building. The parking lot apron <br /> serving the garage has been revised slightly to accomodate the new orientation. The area of <br /> iinpervious surface is actually about 925 s.f. less than that initially proposed. Visually, t1�e <br /> building will be no more visible from Highway 12 or from adjacent properties than the prior <br /> orientation. <br /> Items for Consideration <br /> 1. The 5,000 s.f. acidition and the 1,875 s.f. existing detached garage will be required to <br /> have matching facade materials/colors to appear as a single building ratlier than an old <br /> wing and a new wing. <br /> 2. Are there any other specific concerns with tlle proposed garage and parking lot addition? <br /> St1ff Recommendation <br /> Staff reconunends approval per the conditions attached to the June 20 reconunendation. <br /> NOTE: The revised site ptan received 7-14-OS shows 2 proposed 60' flag potes. These requii•e a separ�te <br /> CUP application,have not been publislied for,and cannot be approved as part of the current a�plication. <br />
