The <br /> property was zoned and guided appropriately at the time 2765 Kelley Parkway to the <br /> direct west was developed. The site plan approved for this property fully complied witll <br /> all B—6 standards and included no variances from the code. <br /> The applicant approached staff at approxinlately the one year mark inquiring of whether <br /> an official extension would be required, as construction of the building was not in the <br /> iiruilediate firture. After review of the documents it became clear that a formal extension <br /> would benefit botll parties as the expiration language in the approval Resolution stated"if <br /> substantial development has not occurred within one year after approval of PUD No. 3A <br /> as set forth in the Planned Unit Development No. 3A Agreement, the City Council may <br />
