MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO PLAN1vING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> Monday,July 18, 2005 <br /> 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> ROLL <br /> The Orono Planning Commission met on the above-mentioned date with the following members present: <br /> Chair David Rahn, Commissioners Ralph Kempf,J.Marc Fritzler, Cynthia Bremer, Jim Leslie, Travis <br /> Winkey, and Roland Jurgens. Representing Staff were Planning Director Mike Gaffron,Planners <br /> Melanie Curtis and Janice Gundlach, and Recorder Jackie Young. City Council Member Jim White was <br /> present. <br /> Chair Rahn called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m. <br /> CONSENT <br /> Items 4 and 5 were removed from the Consent Agenda. <br /> There were no public comments on Items 1, 2, and 3. <br /> *1. #05-3107 SCOTT BISSEN AND MICHELLE MOREY,825 TONKAWA ROAD, <br /> VARIANCE, 6:06 P.M.—6:07 P.M. <br /> Rahn moved,Bremer seconded,to recommend approval of Application#05-3107, Scott Bissen and <br /> Michelle Morey,granting of a lot width variance subject to the applicants meeting all zoning <br /> requirements with the construction of the new home for the property located at 825 Tonkawa <br /> Road. VOTE: Ayes'7,Nays 0. <br /> *2. #05-3115 WJM PROPERTIES,LLC,2605 WAYZATA BOULEVARD WEST, <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT,6:06 P.M.—6:07 P.M. <br /> Rahn moved,Bremer seconded,to recommend approval of Application#OS-3115,WJM Properties, <br /> granting of a conditional use permit and revisions to their Industrial Site Plan approval subject to: <br /> one, siding materials of accessory building addition and ea�isting accessory building shall be of <br /> matching materials and colors; and two,final grading and drainage plans shall be submitted for <br /> review and approval by City Engineer prior to Council action,for the property located at <br /> 2605 Wayzata Boulevard West.
