We recently received notification of the <br /> propased piat subrnitted by Suad H. �zliai fur�the developmeni of <br /> pro�erty across tlie street at 1745 Fox Street and adjoining parcels. <br /> As part of the plattulg process, we would like to bring to your attention <br /> safety coiicerns related to the traffic on Fox Street, Given the <br /> coiigestion on Couilty Highway 15 along the shore of Lake <br /> Miiuletonlca, Fo� Street is often used as a"baelc road" for people <br /> trying to avoid 15. As such, more than local traffic is involved and, <br /> ofteiZ, lligh speeds are encountered. <br /> If the driveway were placed as outlined, it would be a very dangerotts <br /> location, as the westbound traffic soinetimes travels at higll speeds and <br /> . visibility is drainatically reduced coming over the hill. Several years <br /> � ago, we agreed that our clriveway�vas dangerous so we moved it east <br /> to the top of the hill for safety. <br /> In corulection with the Azhari plat, we strongly urge that the driveway <br /> for the development be placed as far west as possible. DOIIlg SO WOLIIC� <br /> increase t11e site lines for cars traveling west on Fox Street. The <br /> driveway to the Walclron and Massopust llouses works reasonably well <br /> from a safety standpoint.
