Vegetated swale grades that exceed 5%are subject to erosion concerns. The <br /> plans should include swale stabilization details. <br /> � The plans should include erosion and sediment control details. <br /> • It appears that stonn water discharging from the west end of the driveway will be routed into a <br /> proposed side yard swale. Velocities of the water discharging from the driveway present an erosion <br /> concern.
