While the site is not in the Shoreland <br /> District and not suUj ect to hardcover regulations,applicant will be required to provide drainage <br /> calculations and additional grading and stonllwater manageinent detail to satisfy the City's <br /> drainage concerns as identified by the City Engineer. Are there any other specific concerns with the proposed garage and parking lot addition? <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Staff reconmiends approval subject to Plamiing Comnlission's detennination as to whether the <br /> proposed 5,000 s.f. addition should be finished to match the principal building, and subject to <br /> approval of final grading and drainage plans by the City Engineer prior to final Council action. <br />
