The applicants are advised that upon re-construction of the lalce yard staircase, all <br /> encro�chinents must be eliminated and the two existing decl<s existin� within the <br /> staircase may not be rebuilt; nor may any platforms, except one 32 s.f. in size, be <br /> pennitted. <br /> 7.
