Cuc�tis stated the applicant is agreeable to removing hardcover that <br /> is consistent with Exhibit G attached to the resolution approval. <br /> Christensen had nothing to add to Staff's repo►-t. <br /> There were no public conuuents regarding this application. <br /> Rahn inquired whet(ter the dormers are only located on the overhead door side. <br /> Christensen indicated that is coirect. <br /> Fritzler noted there is an excessive amount of hardcover on t(Zis lot and that it would be difficult to <br /> 1�prove the application. <br /> Curtis stated E�.hibit G outlines the hardcover removals beiu�proposed by the applicant. <br /> PAGE 20 <br />
