The a�plicants <br /> are proposing to remove their existing garage roof, and construct a new roof matching the <br /> home, with a steeper pitch. <br /> Hardcover Variance <br /> Tlus property has 0-75' setback zones on each end. Both 0-75' zones contain non- <br /> conforming hardcover. The zone to the east contains over lialf of the existing home, <br /> sidewalk and a grade-level deck, while the zone to the west contains the property's <br /> driveway and garage. Renlovals were required in conjunction with approval for the <br /> previous application to change the pitch on the home.
