Our concern.,therefore, is water management during and after <br /> _. <br /> ___construction: _ __ _ _ ___ ___ _. _ _ _ _ ___._ _. <br /> Directing the hard cover run-off away from the north side of the proposed 1146 <br /> house is essential for our property. The narrow steep grade to the north(immediately <br /> adjacent to our house) is a difficult run-off area without funneling more water there. <br /> Even an engineered swale on the north side would be a concern. The unpredictable - � <br /> regularity of excessive water events on Saga Hill; ie; (any 2+"rainfall, a rapid snow melt, <br /> or even a debris-laden swale)could create water overflow directly into our home.
