Establish Reward Fund • <br />Sansevere moved, and White seconded, to create a separate account in the existing <br />Forfeiture Fund for the establishment of a Crime Information Reward Fund <br />Account of $2,000, to authorize the Police Chief to offer rewards of up to $200, and <br />up to $2,000 with the approval of the City Administrator, and to amend the <br />Forfeiture Fund budget to reflect the authorization of expenditures up to $2,000. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*10. 800 MHZ Radio Agreement <br />Sansevere moved, and White seconded, to approve the Hennepin County 800 MHZ <br />agreement. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*11. Police Radio Equipment Upgrade <br />Sansevere moved, and White seconded, to approve expenditures of $17,900 for the <br />lease of 800 MHZ radios in 2002, and to approve a police budget reallocation of <br />$7,900 from automotive equipment ( #550) to radio rental (#414). <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*12. Urban Hennepin County Joint Cooperation Agreement — Resolution No. 4825 • <br />Sansevere moved, and White seconded, to adopt Resolution No. 4825 authorizing the <br />execution of a Joint Cooperation Agreement between the City of Orono and <br />Hennepin County for participation in the Urban Hennepin County Community <br />Development Block Grant Program. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />None. <br />*13.
