Nursery at 2350 West Wayzata Boulevard stated that he had
received a 10 -day transient merchant permit allowing him to sell concessions at the
nursery. The 10 -day permit would not see him through the PUD amendment process,
which he has commenced, and he requested an extension of the permit.
Gaffron stated that the ordinance does not address extensions, so the Council would have
to change the ordinance, and then grant an extension.
Barrett suggested placing a limit on the number of days or the number of extensions that
can be granted, such as a limit of 50 days.
0
14
