City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2571 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />THE REGISTERED LAND SURVEY <br />OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />FOR HOWARD JOHNSON AND HELEN TRAINOR <br />FILE NO. 1328 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br />and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City <br />Council") has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and <br />safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br />lot line rearrangement subdivision by Howard Johnson and Helen Trainor <br />(hereinafter "the. Applicants") of properties legally described as follows: <br />• Exhibit A attached (hereinafter "the Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicants have completed all requirements of the <br />City for the Registered Land Survey subdivision for division and <br />combination purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT* RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Orono hereby approves the registered land survey lot line rearrangement <br />for Howard Johnson and Helen Trainor as shown on the Registered Land Survey <br />dated December 30, 1988 by Phillip A. Nelson, land surveyor, and attached <br />to this resolution, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Upon approval of the subdivision by the City Council of Orono, the <br />owner of Tract C as shown on the registered land survey referenced <br />above must apply to the City for legal combination for tax purposes <br />with Tract B as shown in that same registered land survey. <br />2. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached registered land <br />survey shall be filed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin County <br />Recorder's office on or before July 23, 1989 together with a certified <br />original copy of this resolution. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the <br />division has not been filed by the date specified above. In that event, it <br />will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for <br />. subdivision review. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
