• <br />City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2542 <br />RESOLUTION ENTERING*INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR MAINTENANCE <br />OF FLASHING WARNING LIGHTS AT WILLOW DRIVE AND HIGHWAY 12 <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Orono enter into an <br />agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of <br />Transportation for the following purposes, to: wit: <br />To provide certain maintenance and electrical <br />energy for the hazard identification beacons with <br />street lights on Trunk Highway No. 12 (Wayzata <br />Boulevard) at Willow Drive in accordance with the <br />terms and conditions set forth and contained in <br />Agreement No. 65149M, a copy of which was before <br />the Council. <br />• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officers be <br />and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby <br />assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual <br />obligations contained therein. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held November 14, 1988. <br />James R.
