RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> • -' NO. 2794 <br /> e - o a <br /> ntil such time as an east/west frontage road is <br /> constructed from Willow Drive through East Willow Woods and <br /> Sugar Woods to Brown Road with one southerly extension from <br /> Sugar Woods to Highway 12, and another southerly extension <br /> to Highway 12 to line up with Brimhall Lane; or <br /> 3. Upon the rezoning of Lot 1 and/or Lot 2, Block 2, East <br /> Willow Woods , to a commercial zoning district; or <br /> 4 . Upon the development of Lot 2, Block l, East Willow <br /> Woods , separate from the ownership or uses of Lot 1 , Block <br /> l , East Willow Woods wherein access to Lot 2 shall be via <br /> Outlot C unless the City, in its sole discreation , <br /> determines that alternate access is adequate for said Lot 2. <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements <br /> of the platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> l. Completion of all platting requirements of Resolution <br /> �2692 . <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of right-of-way for a public road <br /> shown as Willow Drive. <br /> 3 . Dedication on the plat of Drainage and Utility <br /> Easements. <br /> 4 . Creation of four outlots for the following purposes : <br /> Outlot A is designated as an open space area to serve <br /> as a drainage/detention area and as an area provic�ng a <br /> landscape buffer to residential properties to north. <br /> The subdivider has granted separate drainage easeuents <br /> over this drainage area. � <br /> Outlot B is designated for a municipal well site and <br /> pump house and to be owned by the City of Oxono upon <br /> sale by subdivider. <br /> Outlot C is created as a future east/west frontage <br /> road. <br /> Outlot D is set aside for additional right-of-way �for <br /> Highway 12 for future acquisition by the Minnesota <br /> Department of Transportation. <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
