The <br />residences would consist of senior co -op housing, row houses, and town homes. The <br />retail portion of the development would be pedestrian oriented to service the new <br />community, including a coffee shop, deli, video rental store, and other daily need type <br />shops to create a village atmosphere. <br />13 <br />
