• <br />U <br />MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL <br />Monday, January 28, 2002 <br />7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />(Planning Director's Report, Continued) <br />Gaffron stated Dunbar would like the same terms of financing as before. Gaffron stated the financing <br />would need to be discussed in the near future. Gaffron stated he is proposing 50 units on this site in <br />addition to the 62 units already approved. <br />Mayor Peterson indicated she does not have a problem with this concept. <br />Gaffron noted Staff did have a discussion with a developer who is interested in a comprehensive planned <br />unit development for the property located along Highway 12 between Old Crystal Bay Road and Willow <br />Drive, with potentially some commercial, residential, and additional senior housing. <br />Sansevere inquired what the commercial would consist of. <br />Moorse stated they are considering a small grocery store for this area consisting of approximately 20,000 <br />square feet. <br />Gaffron stated that size grocery store would be approximately one -half the size of Rick's Super Valu. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />White moved, Sansevere seconded, to adjourn the meeting at 7:48 p.m. <br />There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:48 p.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
