VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0 <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORT <br />Mayor Peterson noted her and Gabriel Jabbour would be meeting with the other cities involved in the <br />Dakota Rail project in the near future. <br />Sansevere inquired if the City Administrator thought the appraised value on the land located between <br />Kelley and Highway 12 was appropriate. <br />Moorse stated the county assessor has valued the land at $5.50 per square foot, with the information being <br />forwarded to the buyer. Moorse stated the buyer has indicated they will be revising their purchase <br />agreement to reflect that value. <br />Sansevere inquired whether the City should meet with all the local fire chiefs in order to discuss the fire <br />protection needs for this area. Sansevere stated he would like to hear from the fire chiefs from Long <br />• Lake, Mound, and Maple Plain. <br />PAGE 3 <br />
