B —6 PUD General Concept Plan approval, <br /> 2. Preliminary Plat approval in order to create 10 units lots and one common lot, <br /> 3. Conunercial Site Plan a�proval in order to oUtain a building perniit, and lastly <br /> 4. Easement Vacations in conjunction with dedication of new easements. <br /> The applicants have proposed development of 20 units of office condos on approximately <br /> 2.6 acres located at 2060 Wayzata Boulevard West. The proposed condos will be 2-story <br /> walkouts containing approxiinately 34,186 s.f. of gross square footage. Each bttilding <br /> will contain a walk-out level, a main floor level and a second stary mezzaiune. <br /> Approval of this project will first require General Concept Plan approval, Preliminary <br /> Plat approval and Coirunercial Site Plan approval, followed by General Developinent <br /> Plan, Easement Vacation, and Final Plat approvals and an an�endment to PUD Agreement <br /> No. 2A. <br /> Staff Recoininendatia�a: Staff recoimnends that the application be tabled so that the <br /> applicants are aUle to address the City Engineer comments as well as submittal of a <br /> landscape, lighting and signage plan. <br />
