Each bttilding <br /> will contain a walk-out level, a main floor level and a second stary mezzaiune. <br /> Approval of this project will first require General Concept Plan approval, Preliminary <br /> Plat approval and Coirunercial Site Plan approval, followed by General Developinent <br /> Plan, Easement Vacation, and Final Plat approvals and an an�endment to PUD Agreement <br /> No. 2A. <br /> Staff Recoininendatia�a: Staff recoimnends that the application be tabled so that the <br /> applicants are aUle to address the City Engineer comments as well as submittal of a <br /> landscape, lighting and signage plan. <br />
