This approval <br /> recoinrnendation is conditioned upon the existii�g shed being moved 2' further off the <br /> southern lot line so as to meet the re uired 10' setback. <br /> Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections <br /> Sec. 78-1279. Placement of structuces on lots. When more than one setback applies to a site, <br /> structures and facilities must be located to meet all setbacks. Structures shall be located as <br /> follows: (6) Average lakeshore setback. No principal or accessory structure shall be located <br /> closer to the lakeshore than the average distance from the shorelii�e of existing residence <br /> builditigs on adjacent lots; except that this does not apply to stairways, lifts, Iandings and <br /> lockboxes. Further, the average lakeshore setback shall apply only to classified lakes and <br /> shall not apply to tributaries.
