At the time the City's landscape consultant submits comments regarding the <br /> proposed landscaping, those conunents shall be incorporated into the proposed <br /> landscape plan. <br /> 3. City Engineer approval of the submitted lighting plan. The applicants should also <br /> verify the inethod of lighting the monument sign: with flood lights as shown on <br /> the lighting plan and/or back-lighted as shown on the sign plaii. <br /> 4. A revised monument sign plan shall be submitted meeting the base requirement <br /> and not exceeding 100 square feet prior to final approval. At tlie tiine a revised <br /> monument style sign is submitted meeting the monument standards, the applicant <br /> should also submit a plan illustrating the sizes and content of any signs to be <br /> affixed to the buildings, if any are proposeci. <br /> 5. A revised set of elevations should be subtnitted illustrating like building materials <br /> for all facades to match the building materials noted on the front elevation. <br /> 6. Revised association documents must be submitted meeting the requirement noted <br /> on page 7, #16 of the concept plan approval resolution regarding formation of a <br /> review/approval committee to help regulate intensities of uses. <br />
