�jk 111 <br />CITY <br />OF <br />City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2534 <br />1. The plastic liner underlying the entire pond excavation and the <br />crushed rock/wood chips with underlying fabric are to remain as <br />installed. <br />2. New plantings within lakeshore yard may remain as long as <br />underlying geotechnic or filter fabric is removed. Wood pulp/chips or <br />crushed rock may remain as long as they are installed on top of <br />existing or natural grade. <br />3. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not <br />with the applicant, but are permissive only and must be exercised by <br />applicant completing the directives set forth above within the <br />lakeshore yard by November 15, 1988 or the special conditions of this <br />resolution will expire on that date. <br />4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and condi- <br />tions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning <br />code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted herein, and <br />shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />5. The undersigned applicant has read, understood and hereby agrees <br />to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of himself, his heirs, <br />successors and assigns, hereby agrees to the recording of this <br />resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 24th day of October, <br />1988. <br />Jame R.
