The survey shows boulder border and <br /> retaining wall improvemettts installed primarily along the lake side of the home.We visited the site yesterday <br /> to review improvements shown on the survey. Based on our site visit and the submitted survey we have the <br /> following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • It is our opinion that most of the improvements are not necessary for bank sta.bilization or erosion <br /> control.
