On properties with steep slopes a stair to <br /> the lake is considered allowed hardcover as it is the preferred altei7iative to topographic <br /> alterations. The hardcover on tlus property, although partially for lake access, is ��ot <br /> considered allowed hardcover due to the fact that it supports utmatural topographic <br /> alterations or is it purely decorative and not necessary. <br /> The 75'- 250' setback zone hardcover level is currently at 31% where 25% is noi7iially <br /> allowed.
