Kempf stated he likes the drop in roofline on the left side of the proposed building and <br /> would like to see that on the other side of the building. <br /> Rahn commented a drop in the roofline might also accent the corner facade. <br /> Fritzler stated he would like to see the size of the building reduced. <br /> Joluiston requested the application be tabled to allow for some modifications to the proposal. <br /> Rahn stated he would like the Uuilding to ineet the 80-foot setback. <br /> Fritzler commented he would like to see the same building materials used on this project that have <br /> been presented tonight and not replaced with soinething else. <br /> Villard inquired whether the color could be changed somewhat if they become aware of a new <br /> product. <br /> Fritzler stated he would like to see the products varied as has been discussed tonight. <br /> Bremer commented the Planning Cominission would also like to see the same type of quality used on <br /> this building as has been presented tonight. <br /> Rahn moved,Leslie seconded,to table Application#04-3062,John Terrance Homes,LLC,26XX <br /> Kelley Parkway(Outlot E, Stonebay)Final Plat and PUD Site Plan Amendment, untiI revised <br /> plans are submitted by the Applicant. <br /> Gaffron inquired whether this item would be discussed at the Noveinber 3`d work session. <br /> Rahn indicated he is not opposed to discussing this item at the upcoming work session if all the <br /> inaterials have been submitted. <br /> VOTE: Ayes 7,Nays 0. <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br /> 12.
