City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2513 <br />3. All access to the four proposed lots shall be via the approved <br />Outlot A. No additional curb cuts will be allowed off of Old Crystal <br />Bay Road or County Road 6. Additional curb cuts will be considered if <br />property is to be further developed. <br />4. A single family residence can be constructed at some time in the <br />future on all four lots without the need for further variances. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that based upon either one or more <br />of the findings noted above, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby <br />approves the preliminary plat application of Tom Haislet per plat drawings <br />by Phillip A. Nelson, Registererd Land Surveyor, dated 7/10/88 and further <br />grants a variance to the standard that would require that all lots have <br />frontage on a public road with the creation of the private road outlot, <br />• subject to the following conditions: <br />Final Plat Submittals <br />The following list of final submittals must be -submitted to the Zoning <br />Administrator two weeks prior to. the regularly scheduled Council meeting on <br />the second and fourth Mondays of the month. This preliminary approval will <br />expire within one year of the date of Council approval (October 10, 1989). <br />1. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and one <br />(1) copy reduced to 1"=2001. Drawing to include: <br />A) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey. <br />B) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' wide along <br />all perimeter property lines and 5' each side of internal <br />property lines. <br />2. OTHER DOCUMENTS required: <br />A) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, mortgage <br />• holders or others with property interest indicated therein shall <br />sign the plat and all other documents affected by such interest. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
