I spoke to Nancy on the pl�one about the requirement for a <br /> survey of the property to process your building permit application. <br /> She indicated that it was a financial hardship and I gave her the <br /> option of having a surveyor verify that the deck meets property line <br /> setbacks. As of tliis date, this situation remains unresolved. <br /> ThereLore, the City must require you to remove the deck or submit a <br /> permit application, deck plans and a survey or setback confirmation <br /> before August 3 , 1992. If this deadline is not met, the City will <br /> issue citations and refer the matter to the City Attorney for further <br /> legal action.
