MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> MONDAY, MAY 17, 2004 <br /> 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> 18. OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION <br /> Chair Mabusth led a general discussion about the Planning Commission starting time of 6:00 p.m. and whether <br /> there was any interest in setting a later starting time as Planning Commission Bremer cannot arrive at 6:00 <br /> p.m. due to her work/commute time. Bremer indicated that she generally arrives by 6:15 p.m. There was a <br /> consensus to make no change in the starting time. <br /> Chair Mabusth expressed a need to schedule a general discussion of the code issues with boardwalks. <br /> Chair Mabusth advised a party to honor former Planning Commission chairpersons is tentatively set for early <br /> in September 2004. Following brief discussion,it was a consensus to set the party for the September 19, 2004, <br /> the 3rd weekend. <br /> 19. APPROVAL OF APRIL 19,2004 PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> Rahn moved,Chair Mabusth seconded,to approve the Minutes of the April 19,2004 Planning <br /> Commission meeting. <br /> VOTE: Ayes 6,Nays 0,Abstain 1. <br /> 20. SELECTION OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS ON <br /> MAY 24,2004 AND JUNE 14, 2004. <br /> May 24, 2004 - J.
