May 20,2004 <br /> Charles and Rosemarie Carodenuto <br /> 2375 Devin Lane <br /> Orono, MN 55356 <br /> RE: MCWD Permit Application No. 04-182,2375 Devin Lane, Pool <br /> Dear Applicant: <br /> The comment period for the above mentioned permit application will conclude on May 24,2004. <br /> The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District has determined the above mentioned permit application <br /> to be complete and the application will be approved at the end of the comment period with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> • Reimbursement of mailing costs in the amount of$14.76 <br /> • Reimbursement of Rule J fees in the amount of$52.95 <br /> • Submit a declaration for the preservation of the wetland buffer which must be executed and <br /> recorded <br /> Due to the size and complexity of certain projects,the Board,by Rule J, requires that site <br /> inspections be conducted. In these cases,the applicant is required to pay to the District,a fee equal <br /> to the actual costs of analysis of the project,field inspection, engineering services, legal services, <br /> and any subsequent monitoring of the work. These costs are referred to as Rule J fees. <br /> Once the above mentioned fees have been paid staff will issue the permit. You are reminded that <br /> work on the project cannot begin until the permit has been issued. This permit expires one year <br /> from the date of this letter.
