The following spring,your system was confirmed to be <br /> non-compliant by your contractor and myself, but no plan was submitted to the City. <br /> During the past month I have been in contact with Rosemary several times regazding the required <br /> repair,but no design has been submitted the City nor has the septic system been replaced as of this <br /> date.
