A revised parking plan shall be submitted showing a 20' parking setback from <br /> Highway 12 and the revised parking stall arrangement required to achieve this, <br /> prior to City Council review. <br /> 2. Submittal of the shared parking and access arrangement documents prior to City <br /> Council review. <br /> 3. A revised landscape plan shall be submitted prior to City Council review which <br /> incorporates the following: <br /> a.
