Last summer I completed an <br /> inspection and it revealed that your mound was starting to surface on the ground. I said that we <br /> will need to continue to monitor this to see if it needs to be replaced. I completed another <br /> inspection last week and it was still surfacing. Due to the dry year and the mound is still not <br /> working properly I am requiring that you replace your mound septic system. It is a health risk to <br /> you and your neighbors. State law requires it to be replaced within 90 days. Due to the dry <br /> summer I feel like you should be able to replace the mound this fall. Please replace the mound <br /> septic system by November l, 2003. <br /> If you cannot get the mound replaced by November 1, 2003 than you will have to use the septic <br /> tanks as holding tanks all winter and have them pumped out when they become full.
