C ITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> �� �,'� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> L9kES8�4�' NO. 4 `3�e � -� <br /> A RESOLt�TION APPROVING THE <br /> PLAT OF CRYSTAL BAY PRESERVE <br /> FILE NO. 2518 <br /> WHEREaS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existin� <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> `VHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivisioa <br /> regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the application for a subdi�zsion of a� <br /> eight(8)lot residential decelopment by Geor�e W. Stickney on behalf of Mid-US Properties Limite� <br /> Partnership (hereinafter "the subdivider"): and <br /> �VHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of the RR-1B, <br /> Single Family Rural Residential Zoning I}istrict finding that each lot is of a size and configuration <br /> that would allow its use for a single famil�-residence to be fully developed; and <br /> VVHEREAS,the subdivider has completed or has ab eed to complete all requiremen� <br /> of the platting regulations of the City, includin�: <br /> 1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 4314, the resolution grantin? <br /> preluninary approval of the Class III subdivision. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of standard perimeter drainage and utility easements. <br /> 3. A variance is granted for�idth of Lots 3, 4 and 5 which do not meet the 200' wzd:.� <br /> requirement for the RR-1B zonin� district, and a variance to allow filling a sm�il <br /> amount of wetland on pro�rty o�ined by the DNR to raise the Luce Line Trail. <br /> 4.
