If the Owmer of any Lot shall violate any of the obligations,covenants,condi�ioz�,s or <br /> restrictions contained in tlus Section 3.5,any or all of the Owners of tkxe other Lots,or the <br /> � Association,may ep#'orce the provisions of this Section 3.5 and,iux the event thaf an Owner's <br /> violation zesults in damage to the Roaclway,such other Ownezs or the Associataon may restore <br /> � the Roadway to its prior condition and may ass�ss the cost of such restora.tion against the <br /> violatizxg Owner and the Lot owned by such violating Owz�ez'.
