One (stream) wetland curnently exists aeross the si�e whieh drains co che south between two type 3 wecland basins and vvill not be i�n��ac�ed:From filling or excavation activities as a result of ehis project. A varianee has been requested for proposed impacts to the wetland buffer as a resulc of the construccion of the driveway. Permits would a11ow for grading, buffer impacts as wc]] as the construction of the driveway and home. Rul.e B: Erasion cont�•ol cansisting of a gravel construcfion entrance and silt fenee has been provided throu�hout the site, Rule D: As stated above, no impacts to wetlands wiil occur from filling or exeavation acCivities as a result of this project. Rule D requires a 16.5 foot buffer. The applicant has proposed a 20-fvot buffer, however, has requested a variance to accommoc�ate a driveway access to the site (see below). Rule Y: The applicant has requested a variance for 820 squaze feet of buffer area to allow for the placement of a bituminnus driveway within the required wetland buffer.. The applicant has proposed an additiona12900 square feet of wetland buffer adjacent to proposed buffer and near thc proposed single-family home.
