The system consists of 2-1500 <br /> galton septic tanks, 1-1250 gallon pumping chamber (per original designj & a <br /> pressurized mound system with a 10' xS5' rock bed built in 2003 for a 5 <br /> bedroom home. Soil boring #1 found mottled soil (redox features) at 1.8' <br /> below the ground surface. Soil boring #3 found the originat soil at elev. 93.8 <br /> 8 the bottom of the rock bed at elev. 93.3 leaving 0' of sand below the rock <br /> bed 8� no separation from the bottom of the rock bed 8 redox #eatures. The <br /> soils are mottled at the bottom of the sand & also compacted. Soil boring #2 <br /> found mottled soil at 1.7' below the surface. Soil boring #4 fo�nd fhe original <br /> soil at elev. 92.4 & the bottom of the rock bed at elev. 93.8 leaving 1.4' of <br /> sand below the rock bed � a 1.4' separation from the bottom of the rock bed <br /> 8� redox features. The soils are mottled at the bottom of the sand 8 are also <br /> compacted. This system is classifed as non-comptiant with Minnesota <br /> Chapter 7080 rules due to not meeting a 3' separation from the bottom of the <br /> rock bed & redox features. <br /> Soil boring #6 is located g" downslope of the rock bed. The original soil <br /> (mottled) is at elev.92.1 with the bottom of the rock bed at elev. 93.3 leaving <br /> 1.2' of sand below the rock bed. With the 3% slope, 10' upslope would leave <br /> .9' of sand 8R separation. <br /> The original design completed by Advanced On-Site, Inc. indicated very dark <br /> gray loam soil, not the clay loam fill soil that was found. <br /> The tanks were not pumped at thts ti�ne. <br /> Stev�n 6.
