MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> Monday,April 18,2005 <br /> 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> (Report of Planning Commission Representatives, Continued) <br /> Gaffron stated the Rouses were allowed to replace the existing foundation. <br /> Jurgens stated the City Council also discussed the Big Island purchase. <br /> Rahn indicated he attended the April 11th Council meeting,noting that the Capra application was <br /> approved at 30 percent as a rebuild. <br /> Rahn noted Council Member McMillan did mention the letter from the Planning Commission regarding <br /> Navarre. <br /> Jurgens commented he sees County Road 15 becoming a major corridor through this area. <br /> Rahn commented he would like to see the Planning Commission be more pro-active in the Navarre area. <br /> 16. OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION <br /> None <br /> 17. PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR MARCH 21,2005 <br /> Rahn moved,Bremer seconded,to approve the minutes of the March 21,2005 Planning <br /> Commission minutes as submitted.
