Legal description: NE '/ of the NE '/ Section 34, Township 118 North, Range 23 West. The boundary &type determination was requested in conjunction with MCWD pennitting of new single family home construction on site. A wetland delineation was conducted by Kjolhaug Environmental Services Company on May 20, 2015. A complete delineation report and WCA application were submitted to MCWD on 6/26/2015. One wetland was delineated on site. Wetland 1 was identified as a Type 1/3, floodplain forest / shallow marsh. One upland island, associated with an uprooted tree, and one upland peninsula, associated with raised topography, were identified within the general wetland boundaries. The eastern side of the subject parcel slopes into Long Lake, a DNR Public Water. The boundaries will be reviewed in the field by MCWD staff. 2. APPLICATION REVIEW AND DECISION Signing and inailing of this completed fonn to the appropriate recipients in accordance with 8420.0255, Subp. 3 provides notice that an application was made to the LGU under the Wetland Conservation Act as specified above. A copy of the application is attached.
