Legal description: NE '/ of the NE <br /> '/ Section 34, Township 118 North, Range 23 West. The boundary &type determination was <br /> requested in conjunction with MCWD permitting of new single family home construction on <br /> site. <br /> A wetland delineation was conducted by Kjolhaug Environmental Services Company on May <br /> 20, 2015. A complete delineation report and WCA application were submitted to MCWD on <br /> 6/26/2015. One wetland was delineated on site. Wetland 1 was identified as a Type 1/3, <br /> floodplain forest/ shallow marsh. One upland island, associated with an uprooted tree, and <br /> one upland peninsula, associated with raised topography, were identified within the general <br /> wetland boundaries. The eastern side of the subject parcel slopes into Long Lake, a DNR <br /> Public Water. <br /> MCWD reviewed the boundaries in the field on 8/4/15. MCWD was in agreement with the boundaries <br /> of the wetlands on site and the Type 1/3 classification. The upland island and upland peninsula were <br /> further inspected far wetland characteristics and determined to be nonwetland due to a lack of <br /> BWSR Forms 7-1-10 Page l <br /> of 3 <br />
