Please revise. <br /> 2. The as-built depicts a retaining wall (next to the Paver Patio) at 4.1 feet high. Walls over 4 ft require a design <br /> signed by a professional Engineer. Please provide a signed design from an engineer or revise the wall and re- <br /> survey. <br /> 3. The survey notes still refer to "proposed" items. There should not be any proposed items on an as- <br /> built. Ideally, the as-built should include the finished stair to the lake currently under construction OR a revised <br /> as-built will be required upon completion and prior to release of the escrow. <br /> 4. The well location is not depicted; please revise. <br /> 5. The sanitary service is not depicted; please revise. <br /> Please let me know if you have questions.
