It is important to note that the subject property is Lot 6 Block 1 of the Crystal Bay Preserve residential development. Wetland bomidaries and associated buffers were previously established on the property as part of the requirements of Minnehaha Creek Watershed District pennit#99-137 issued on August 27, l 999. The boundaiy&type as flagged in thc field and described in the delineation report dated August 30, 2012 on the front cover(and August 14, 2012 on the inncr cover) are approved by the MCWD. This decision is valid for five years. A project on this property may require a permit fi•om the MCWD.
