Moorse stated <br />there are several issues that need to be discussed regarding Orono's financial contribution to the <br />station. Moorse noted the City of Mound would like a decision by December or January, with a <br />referendum on this issue being held in May. <br />The City Council directed Moorse to either call or write a letter to the City of Mound explaining the <br />long -term fire service issues that affect Orono's consideration of a new Mound fire station and <br />indicating the need to have additional time to review this issue. <br />i <br />PAGE 10 <br />
