Last week I did find that some silt fences <br /> weren't quite trenched in,or previously escaped silt wasn't removed before a new silt fence was installed. I understand <br /> that the ground is too frozen for trenching silt fences at this point. Please install bio-logs in locations where silt fences <br /> couldn't be trenched in. <br /> Please see the attached inspection report and pictures.
