VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />( #10) #01 -2714 FREDERICK PUZAK,1340 BALDUR PARK ROAD — VARIANCES — <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />Fred Puzak Applicant, was present. <br />Weinberger stated the Applicant is requesting variances to permit new construction on the property <br />located at 1340 Baldur Park Road, which is located at the end of the Baldur Park peninsula. The <br />Applicant is proposing to remove the existing residence and construct a new residence. Because the lot <br />is located on a peninsula, 79 percent of the lot is located within 75 feet of the lakeshore. <br />PAGE 15 <br />
