WOODHOUSE, 1780 SHORELINE DRIVE — LOT LINE <br />REARRANGEMENT — RESOLUTION NO. 4668 <br />Flint moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve and adopt RESOLUTION NO. 4668, a Resolution <br />approving a subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for properties located at 1780 Shoreline <br />Drive. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />( #10) SET DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON BOAT STORAGE <br />Gaffron stated the City Council has suggested a public hearing be scheduled to consider whether <br />existing ordinances regulating boat storage on residential properties should be revised. Staff has <br />reviewed the current ordinance which says that in all "R" Districts, all mobile materials and equipment <br />shall be stored within a building or fully screened so as not to be visible from adjoining properties, <br />except boats and unoccupied trailers less than 20 feet in length, which are not stored for commercial <br />purposes, if stored to the rear of the house and a distance of 10 feet or more from any property line. <br />Staff is recommending a public hearing be scheduled for July 9 at 7:00 p.m. <br />Gaffron stated Staff will do the usual legal notice of the public hearing, with press releases in the local <br />newspaper. Gaffron stated another option would be to notify the approximately 1,000 Lakeshore <br />property owners or all 3,000 residents in the City. <br />is Sansevere stated in his view legal notice is fine. <br />PAGE 7 <br />
