For material breach of this Agreement provided that the city seeking termination first <br />provides the other city written notice and thirty (30) days to cure. <br />VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />Settlement Agreement and Contract for Joint Ownership <br />Flint moved, White seconded, to approve the Settlement Agreement and Contract for Joint <br />Ownership as amended.
