• <br />MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Octuber June 25, 2001 <br />ROLL <br />The City Council met on the above - mentioned date with the following members present: <br />Mayor Barbara Peterson, Council Members Richard Flint, Bob Sansevere, and Jay Nygard. Council <br />Member Jim White arrived at 7:05 p.m. Representing Staff were City Attorney Tom Barrett, City <br />Administrator Ron Moorse, Planning Director Michael Gaffron, Zoning Administrator Wendy <br />Bottenberg, Public Services Director Greg Gappa, Police Chief Stephanie Good, and Recorder <br />Jackie Young. <br />Mayor Jabbour called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />( #1) Approve /Amend <br />Items 11, 13, 14 and 15 were added to the Consent Agenda. <br />Mayor Peterson added Item #15A to the Agenda. <br />Flint moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda as amended, and to <br />approve the Agenda with the addition of #15A, Fire Station. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />• <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />*( #2) REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING OF JUNE 11, 2001 <br />Flint moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve the minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting of <br />June 11, 2001, as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />*( #3) HRA MEETING OF MAY 29, 2001 <br />Flint moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve the minutes of the HRA meeting of <br />May 29, 2001, as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS — Irene Silber, Representative <br />None <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS — Sandra Smith, Representative <br />Smith stated she would be available at tonight's meeting to answer any questions the Council may <br />• have. <br />PAGE 1 <br />
